Dynamics of CrPKD2–GFP in the flagella. The video shows CrPKD2–GFP in the flagellum of fla10 gametes at permissive temperature. It was acquired with continuous streaming of 200-ms exposures with a microscope (Eclipse TE2000; Nikon) equipped with a 100×, 1.4 NA objective lens. Images were captured with a forced-air–cooled camera (Cascade 512B; Photometrics) illuminated at a wavelength of 488 nm generated by an argon ion 488 laser controlled by the Mosiac system (Photonics). The video displays at 1:200 frames/ms.
