ATP induces contraction of Mf cytoskeletons. Cytoskeletons were produced by extracting Mfs after a 7-d culture with TX-100. The addition of 100 mM ATP at the beginning of the sequence induces cytoskeleton contraction. Frames were recorded every 30 s for 23 min and the frame width is 250 μm.
