Internalized FM4-64-labeled membranes are associated with Abp1-GFP in cof1-22 mutant cells. FM4-64 and Abp1-GFP imaged 5 min after the addition of FM4-64 in cof1-22 cells. Interval between frames is 1 s. Total acquisition time was 120 s. Bar, 4 µm.
