Internalized FM4-64 is not appreciably associated with Abp1-GFP after 5 min of dye internalization. FM4-64 and Abp1-GFP imaged 5 min after the addition of FM4-64 in wild-type cells. Interval between frames is 1 s. Total acquisition time was 120 s. Bar, 4 µm.
