FcεRI-mediated elevation of the intracellular zinc level. BMMCs containing Newport green were stimulated with FcεRI at 25°C, and images were collected with an inverted fluorescence microscope every 30 s. The video represents 20 min of time-lapse observation, constituted of 5 min of preobservation in the absence of stimulation and followed by 15 min of FcεRI stimulation.
