Neutrophils and L-selectinN138G microspheres were perfused through a flow chamber coated with human serum albumin at a wall shear stress of 1 dyn/cm2. Images were collected at 250 frames/s. A doublet formed by collision of a neutrophil (larger sphere) and a microsphere (smaller sphere) remained associated until it flowed out of the field of view.
