Treatment of 293 cells with 0.2 M NaCl induces the rapid translocation of GFP-WNK1 to discrete motile intracellular vesicles. As in Video 1 except that was treated with 0.2 M NaCl. NaCl was added 90 s after the beginning of the recording.
