Video 1.

GAKIN transports PIP3 liposomes via PIP3BP in vitro. Time-lapse visualization of rhodamine-labeled PIP3 liposomes (red) moving along microtubules (green) in the presence of GST-PIP3BP and GAKIN motor-FHA (aa 1-557) recombinant proteins. Frames were collected every 1.0 s. The frames/s display rate was 10, and 30 frames were used for each video. Bar, 5 µm.
