In vivo trafficking of GFP-GPI from the TGN to the plasma membrane in fully polarized MDCK cells. Video rate sequences were acquired by the spinning disc confocal system, imaging cells every 1 min and collecting 29 z slices (duration of 15 min). After collection, z slices were volume rendered. The video is played at a speed of 4 frames/s.
