Dynamic movements of pDest-tdTomato-LC3 (red) and GFP-p62 (green). The fluorescent tagged constructs were transiently coexpressed in HeLa cells. One confocal plane was imaged for 3 min with a time interval of 4 s. The video is displayed as 10 frames per second.
