Scattering does not depend on ß1 integrins. MDCK cells grown in 3 µg/ml Cn or 3 µg/ml Vn for 20 h when scattering was induced in the absence or presence of AIIB2 ß1 integrin-clocking antibody (10 µg/ml). Cells were imaged, starting 30 min after HGF addition, by phase-contrast microscopy at 10-min intervals and shown at 15 frames/s.
