GFP-E-cadherin during scattering. MDCK cells stably expressing GFP-E-cadherin on 3 µg/ml Cn were imaged by phase-contrast and epifluorescence microscopy simultaneously at 4-min intervals. Phase-contrast images were used to confirm that cells were healthy throughout the experiment. Only the GFP image series is shown at 15 frames/s.
