Time-lapse movie documenting the motility of human keratinocytes transduced with control viruses. The cells in culture medium were kept humidified at 37°C with 5% CO2 and videotaped for 48 h. Frames were taken every 5 min using inverted microscopes (IMT1 or IMT2; Olympus) driven by Broadcast Animation Controllers (BAC 900; EOS Electronics [AV], Ltd.) and fitted with monochrome charge-coupled device cameras and video recorders (XCD-x700 and PVW-2800P; Sony). 10 PH1 objective lenses, NA 0.25, were used. Recordings were digitized and the sequence of all frames was run on a PC using software obtained from Kinetic Imaging, Ltd.
