Time-lapse sequence of wild-type mouse embryo fibroblasts (see Fig 3 a). Nuclear shape appears very stable over time. Images were acquired every 5 min over an 8 h 20 min period for a total of 100 frames. The video is displayed at a rate of 10 frames/s.
