Aggregates of K562 cells stably expressing αL-mCFP/ß2-mYFP and the talin head domain were dissociated, immediately plated, and subjected to time-lapse YFP fluorescence imaging at 37°C. Images were captured at 30-s intervals and played back at 0.1-s intervals.
