Annexin 11-depleted cells fail to complete cytokinesis. The video shows an A431 cell depleted of annexin 11 using siRNA, undergoing an abortive attempt to complete cytokinesis. Frames were collected every minute and are displayed at 12 frames per second. Stills from this movie are represented in Fig. 7 B.
