Videos showing anaphase in extract to which 0.26 mg/ml XCAP-E antibody was added at the start of mitosis. The microtubules and DNA are shown together in Video 4, and separately in Video 5 (DNA) and Video 6 (microtubules). All videos were acquired using the microscope set-up as described in the Microscopy and data analysis stion in the Materials and methods. Frames were collected every 30 s, and are displayed at a rate of 10 frames/s.
