Lysosomal exocytosis leads to the release of both membrane and lumenal content. CD63-EGFP (green) and Texas red dextran (red) loaded lysosome described in Fig. 3 D was imaged at five frames per second. The movie, which is played at ten frames per second, shows frames starting 90 s after addition of 10 µm calcium ionophore, A23187.
