Exosomes are endocytosed in human primary fibroblasts at filopodia active regions. Uptake of CD63-emGFP?labeled HEK293 exosomes (green; 100 pM) was monitored over 28 min in CellMask Deep Red (red) labeled human primary fibroblasts by live cell confocal imaging with optical sections and DIC transmitted light channel. Movie shows speed color-coded exosome tracks (dragontail) to visualize the intracellular movement and entry points. CellMask labels the plasma membrane and gets internalized with endocytic vesicles.
