Transgenes for expression of ManII-GFP (green) and YFP-Lrrk (red) were driven by ppk-GAL4 in da neurons and imaged by laser-scanning confocal microscopy (LSM710; Carl Zeiss) in 20-s intervals during an 8-min period.
