Cdc42 depletion reduces cancer cell adhesion to ECs. PC3 cells were transfected with a control siRNA or a Cdc42 siRNA. Cells were filmed on HUVECs by time-lapse microscopy using an inverted microscope (TE2000; Nikon) equipped with a motorized stage (Prior Scientific) and a 20× objective lens, using MetaMorph software (Molecular Devices). Frames were taken every 3 min for 60 min.
